AMRO are joining forces with Warrington and District Motor Club to organise a joint Recovery, Rescue and Marshal training event on 15th and 16th February at Wern Dhu Quarry, Ruthin.

This will be practical, scenario based, training. There will also be fire training sessions available over both days. There is no requirement to attend on both days.

As W&DMC are taking the lead on this event please book your place using their on-line booking form

There may be a few assessment slots available. If you would like to book one of these please e-mail as soon as possible. Also use this e-mail if there is any specific training that you would like covered.

This will be a great opportunity to train alongside our rescue colleagues and to demonstrate what we do to the marshals and how they can help us operate in a safe manner.

If you would like to attend please book your place as soon as possible to allow us to make the neccessary arrangements and ensure there are sufficient resources in place.

How many AMRO crews do we have going?

Well it worked out as, Gemini Recovery on Saturday, Catseye & Bulldog recovery on the Sunday.
A good weekend of training was had, the weather was not…shall we say the best. Rain and flooding in some parts on the Sunday, but all in all a good weekend.
